We have a minimum order amount of $25.00 and a maximum order amount of $2,000.00.
In the event a customer's tracking number states delivery was made to the customers address, but the customer claims that they did not receive the package, Savveon will not offer a refund. If an item is not received when tracking information confirms delivery, please contact the designated shipping company (UPS or USPS) for assistance.
It is the responsibility of the customer to enter the correct shipping address. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will not be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the customer has entered.
