All orders ship from Los Angeles, California.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1 business day
- During high-volume periods, processing may take 1–3 business days
- Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays
Shipping & Delivery Times
We currently ship within the contiguous United States using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS.
- Estimated delivery time: 2–7 business days after shipment
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. For larger or bulk orders, items may ship separately and arrive in multiple packages.

Tracking & Delivery
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package:
- Contact us at cs@savveon.com as soon as possible
- We’ll work with the carrier to help resolve the issue
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or high demand are outside our control.
At this time, we only ship within the contiguous United States.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
